باستخدام QR Godzi، يوافق العميل على عدم إنشاء أو نشر أكواد تؤدي إلى محتوى مخالف أو ضار. يحق للإدارة إيقاف أو حذف أي كود مخالف وإيقاف الحساب عند تكرار المخالفة.
Content & Acceptable Use Policy
By using QR Godzi, customers agree not to create or distribute QR codes leading to prohibited or harmful content. We may pause or remove violating codes and suspend repeat offenders.
المحتوى المحظور
- المحتوى الجنسي أو الإباحي أو الصور المخلة.
- استغلال الأطفال أو أي محتوى يعرّض القاصرين للخطر.
- الاحتيال، التصيد، انتحال الهوية، أو سرقة البيانات.
- البرمجيات الخبيثة والروابط الضارة أو التحميلات غير الآمنة.
- التحريض على العنف أو الكراهية أو التهديد والمضايقة.
- بيع المنتجات أو الخدمات غير القانونية.
- انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو الخصوصية.
Prohibited content
- Sexual, pornographic, or obscene material.
- Child exploitation or content that endangers minors.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, or credential theft.
- Malware, harmful links, or unsafe downloads.
- Violence, hate, threats, or harassment.
- Illegal products or services.
- Intellectual-property or privacy violations.
الإجراءات عند المخالفة
قد يتم إيقاف الكود فورًا، تسجيل سبب المخالفة، حذف المحتوى، تعليق الحساب، أو إنهاؤه في الحالات الخطيرة أو المتكررة. يمكن التواصل مع الدعم للاعتراض.
Enforcement
We may immediately pause a code, record the violation reason, remove content, suspend an account, or terminate it for serious or repeated violations. Customers may contact support to appeal.
مسؤولية العميل
العميل مسؤول عن الروابط والنصوص والصور والملفات التي يشاركها عبر أكواده، وعن التأكد من امتلاكه الحقوق والتصاريح اللازمة.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for all links, text, images, and files distributed through their codes and for obtaining all required rights and permissions.
